Your first appointment of the academic year (Initial Consultation or Urgent Appointment) is free of charge. Subsequent individual sessions cost $20. A limit of 12 sessions are allowed per academic year, typically 6 sessions per semester.
Group therapy sessions are provided at no cost.
If you have the Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP), it covers the $20 fee for individual sessions.
All fees are charged to your student account and can be paid through Cyberbear.
We are not Medicaid, Medicare or TRICARE providers. They will not pay for any services at Curry Health Center.
Fall and Spring Semester – for current enrolled students
- No charge for the first attended session
- $20 for all subsequent individual sessions
- No charge for group sessions or seminars
Summer Semester
- For students who are enrolled in summer classes and have paid the health fee through their tuition, the fee is $20 per session
- For students who are not currently enrolled in summer, you can still receive counseling services if you were enrolled in the prior Spring semester; the fee is $40 per session.
Cancellations
Please make every effort to attend your scheduled appointment. Due to high demand for services, missed appointments result in missed opportunities for other students who need timely services.
A $20 fee will be applied to your student account if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, including the Initial Consultation.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. You can cancel through the or by calling Counseling Services front desk at 406-243-4712. Please leave a message if after hours.
