Personal Summary
My commitment is to support positive changes in an accepting environment. Through a collaborative approach, my hope is that you will gain insight into maladaptive patterns that may be inhibiting you from creating the life you want to live. I have experience treating a wide variety of issues including: anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, grief, body image and disordered eating. My approach includes aspects from mindfulness and evidenced based therapy with a holistic view. I often incorporate skill-building into sessions in order to learn more effective ways of coping. I have worked with all ages in a variety of settings including integrated community health and private practice. Having lived and worked abroad and in multiple areas of the U.S., I have had the honor to serve and learn from a diverse clientele.
