According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the mean salary in May 2022 for a Human Resources Assistant with a bachelor’s degree was $47,000 per year. There is a lot of room for growth, with an average salary increase in just five years to $130,000 for a Human Resources Manager.
