IRSE's mission to prepare Indigenous students for academic success in STEM disciplines begins in the earliest of years. Currently IRSE delivers service to middle school students enrolled in 猎奇重口's tribal community schools. Among the efforts include training middle school students on the assembly of desk top computers in Arlee, Ronan, Poplar, Great Falls, and Rocky Boy, plus hosting summer Gear Up STEM instructional camps on the Blackfeet, Fort Belknap, Crow, and Northern Cheyenne Reservations.
