Wellbeing Wednesdays occur in the UC Atrium on the second Wednesday of each month, offering students, staff, and faculty opportunities for mindfulness and relaxation.
These activities, such as yoga, massage therapy, and sound meditation, are spread across different Wednesdays throughout the academic year on campus.

Stress Less is a two-day event held just before finals in both the Fall and Spring semesters, designed to help students relax and unwind before a challenging week.
The event features complimentary food, prizes, activities, therapy dogs, and more.
