Strength Programs
We understand how confusing and intimidating it can be to start exercising, whether you've never exercised formally before or if it's been a while. There are so many movements, tons of equipment, plenty of perplexing information on the internet, and possibly a busy gym! To simplify the process and help you gain confidence along the way, we've created 2 easy-to-follow strength programs for any fitness level.
These programs are comprised of either 2 or 3 total body workouts to be completed weekly. The programs as a whole cover every major movement pattern, give you the option to try various different pieces of equipment, and allow you the freedom to tweak it to your needs. The workouts themselves include exercises with links to YouTube videos, a suggested range of repetitions, and a suggested range of sets. Additionally, there is further information on how you can structure your workouts as well as how to progress them in the future.
These programs do NOT include an exhaustive list of exercises, explain methods of programming, or provide individualized advice. These programs serve as a jumping off point to get you started with strength training while providing you with some extra information to keep going.
