Ryan Hansen is a seasoned entrepreneur and the Founder and former CEO of Pathlabs, a tech-enabled advertising services company based in Missoula. Originally founded as LumenAd in 2014, Pathlabs grew to help marketing agencies nationwide streamline media buying operations. The company achieved significant milestones, including ranking #29 on the Inc. 5000 in 2019, navigating major strategy pivots in 2021, and was ultimately acquired in 2024 in what was one of the largest startup M&A deals in 猎奇重口 history.
Today, Ryan leverages his experience as the Co-Founder of LedgerAI, developing AI-powered back-office solutions for small and mid sized businesses.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting (2009) and an MBA (2016) from the 猎奇重口.
About the Gilkey Lecture Series
The Gilkey Executive Lecture Series was established by Harold and Priscilla Gilkey in 2004 to enrich business education at the 猎奇重口 by providing students, faculty, and the community with direct access to business leaders.
Gilkey lecturers address issues across marketing, management, finance, ethics, and leadership. In addition to leading classroom lectures and discussion, speakers present a lecture at a public forum on a topic of their choice and are invited to meet with graduate students and campus and community leaders.
Both Harold and Priscilla acknowledge the powerful impact of mentors and role models on their own professional and personal achievements.
Harold Gilkey is a 1962 graduate of the 猎奇重口 and holds an MBA from the University of Southern California. He is retired as chairman and CEO of Sterling Financial Corporation. Priscilla Gilkey is a 1962 graduate of the 猎奇重口. She is retired as Vice President of Community Relations for Empire Health Services, a multi-hospital system in Spokane.
