In the College of Business, we understand that students are balancing full lives. The Student Success Center has a Wellbeing support coordinator on staff to provide education and assistance for students.
What is Wellbeing?
Wellbeing refers to a holistic lens of health. It takes into account a person's overall quality of life, ability to cope with stress, overcome challenges, and experience fulfillment and purpose. It encompasses physical and mental health. Our bodies and minds inform one another. Some of the same things that can improve our physical health can also improve our mental health.
What do I need to know?
1. There is never a bad time to see a Wellbeing support coordinator!
2. There is no cap on how many sessions you can book with a coordinator.
3. Coordinators are connected to various resources on and off campus. We can fast-track you to the right place.
4. There are 11 team members across campuses. (You can see any of them if you like!)
5. There is no charge!
