Elise Wells, a senior from Washington, has a passion for using science to help people. Her Biology major, plus a research internship investigating the cellular mechanisms of Lyme disease, supports her goal of a career in forensic science. When not gloved up in the lab or taking classes, Elise volunteers at an equine therapy center and tutors her peers.
