Penny Clifton, MSN, RN, CNRN, SCRN has been a registered nurse since 1981. She has been the stroke coordinator for Intermountain Health St. Vincent Regional Hospital, a Joint Commission Thrombectomy Capable Stroke Center, and a member of the 猎奇重口 Stroke Workgroup for the past 14 years. She has served on both the both the Clinical and EMS Subcommittees for the Mission LifeLine Stroke 猎奇重口 program over the last 4 years and was instrumental in the development of the Stroke Recognition Program for rural facilities administered by the CV Division of the MT DPHHS. An avid educator, she has been providing nurse and EMS education in hospitals, ambulance companies, fire departments and conferences throughout Eastern MT

Antoinette Laskey, MD, MPH, MBA
Dr. Laskey completed her medical degree at the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine followed by her pediatric residency at the University of Missouri-Columbia Hospitals and Clinics. She completed a research and clinical fellowship and a master’s degree in public health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and later a Master of Business Administration at the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah. Dr. Laskey is a professor of pediatrics at the University of Utah School of Medicine and the division chief of the Center for Safe and Healthy Families at Primary Children’s Hospital. She is the fellowship director of the Child Abuse Pediatrics fellowship at the University of Utah and the Medical Director of the Children’s Justice Centers of Utah. She is currently the chair of the Council on Child Abuse and Neglect at the American Academy of Pediatrics as well as the vice president/chair elect of the Utah Chapter of the AAP. Dr. Laskey’s clinical interests relate to the evaluation and management of the potentially abused child and her research interests include cognitive errors in decision making related to child maltreatment.
Andrew Laue, LCSW
Andrew R. Laue, LCSW is a psychotherapist in private practice in Missoula and Polson, 猎奇重口. In addition to the clinical work he does with individuals, couples and families, he supervises psychotherapists in the Western 猎奇重口 region, he developed the training curricula called Dynamic Supervision, which is now taught regularly at the 猎奇重口 School of Social Work. In 2017, he won a National County Association award for his Secondary Trauma Group work with the Missoula County Attorney’s office. He then founded STAR -T, Secondary Trauma Activates Resilience Training. This unique training program seeks to create sustainability for human service professionals through the process of identifying secondary trauma that occurs from the intensity of human service work. He consults with many agencies about the complexities of sustainable human service work. These include First Step Missoula at St. Patrick’s Hospital, 猎奇重口 Office of Public Defender, Riverstone Health, the 猎奇重口, the United States Airforce and the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribe. A leader in the LGBT community in 猎奇重口, Andrew has developed cutting edge interventions for diverse groups including his HIV prevention work with the MSM and IDU population, for which he won the Governor’s Award for HIV Prevention in 2003.
A decade ago he was part of the development of the award winning documentary film, Red Without Blue (2007) which has become a founding document in the search for the equitable treatment of transgender people. He resides on the Flathead Reservation in rural 猎奇重口, and is passionate in his commitment to serve the Native American population in this region.
Todd Mohr, PA
Todd Mohr is a Physician Assistant working at St. James Healthcare in Butte. He has worked in the Emergency Department at St. James for 15 years. Todd grew up in Deadwood, South Dakota and became interested in helping others as a teenager when he joined the Volunteer Fire Department at age 14 as a Junior Volunteer. He became an Emergency Medical Technician and worked on the Ambulance at age 16. He joined the US Air Force at age 17 as a Fire Protection Specialist and quickly rose through the ranks. Todd served primarily as a Rescue Crew Chief and was responsible for motor vehicle accident patient extrication, aircraft crash rescue pilot, and was assigned to the Space Shuttle Rescue Team while stationed in Germany. He completed the Air Force Physician Assistant Program 25 years ago and was assigned to Malmstrom AFB in Great Falls, 猎奇重口. He thoroughly enjoys the opportunities that 猎奇重口 provides his family to spend time together in their passion for golfing, skiing, and hunting. His other noted patient care experiences include serving as a SWAT Medic and on Helicopter EMS. Todd is the Medical Director for several Volunteer EMS Services in Southwest 猎奇重口 and believes it is his way to “give back to his roots” which has allowed him to have the “most blessed career experiences in the world!”
Louis Ross, MD
Dr. Ross’ services include the full spectrum of general neurosurgery, with a clinical interest in critical care, trauma, and complex spine. He is an accomplished author, teacher and presenter. He is originally from Star Valley, Wyoming where he started his career as a carpenter building custom homes. His schooling took him to Salt Lake City, UT where his journey included management of a volunteer program for healthcare for homeless teenagers. He obtained his MD from the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine. While at the Cleveland Clinic he completed a residency in neurological surgery and a fellowship in neurologic intensive care. He and his wife relocated to 猎奇重口 to be closer to family and the outdoors. They have thoroughly enjoyed their time here since moving. Dr. Ross loves the outdoors, He kayaks, rock climbs, downhill and cross country skis, trail runs, open water swims, mountain and road bikes.
