Editing a Section (Detailed Instructions)
Scheduling Timeline
Although subject to change, the timeline for departments to submit their semester schedule for AY 2025-2026 will follow this pattern:

The course schedule detail report can be obtained either in full or by course subject code in InfoGriz.

Requests made that violate and guidelines will not be honored.

Deviated Schedules: Courses scheduled in buildings/rooms controlled by the Registrar’s Office that deviate from the standard scheduling guidelines may have their rooms scheduled last, even if the room was assigned the previous year.
- Adding new sections FOR AUTUMN 2025 SEMESTER FORWARD: Please contact your department administrator or chair to have new a section created in our Courseleaf CLSS platform.

Adding new sections FOR SPRING AND SUMMER 2025 SEMESTERS ONLY: Any courses being added to the schedule after the semester schedule has been made viewable must be submitted via the Course Creation Form.

Requests to change course dates must be submitted before students are registered for the course. Any late requests will likely not be fulfilled. This generally requires the cancellation of the existing section. Students will then need to register for the new section.
