Logging Into Interfolio
When signing in, faculty members should use the Partner Institution option, search 猎奇重口, and sign on using their Single Sign - On (SSO) credentials--- UM NetID and Password.If the “Use Single Sign On” button does not appear initially, they should enter their umontana (not MSO) email address. That will automatically redirect them to the UM NetID login page. If a faculty member doesn't have a umontana alias, here are . Detailed instructions on logging in to Interfolio are available here.
Interfolio Upload Instructions
Candidates up for review can import and reuse materials from past Interfolio Review, Promotion & Tenure (RPT) packets when assembling a packet for a current or upcoming review. When up for an important review (like tenure, or promotion to full professor), materials that have previously been submitted for routine reviews, such as annual reviews, can be easily added.
Interfolio e-Learning Training Courses
Please be aware that Interfolio uses the term “Review, Promotion & Tenure,” but this does not necessarily reflect the given process at the 猎奇重口. “Review, Promotion & Tenure” is synonymous with the UM Faculty Evaluation process.

Receiving Email Notifications from Interfolio
The emails FE managers send via the Interfolio platform prompting faculty to take action at various steps in the FE process appear in faculty member’s inbox as coming from “猎奇重口 <noreply@interfolio.com>”. We recommend faculty members create a rule in their email inbox directing all emails from Interfolio to a single folder so they can easily locate them.
Implicit Bias Awareness
Implicit bias can influence faculty evaluation outcomes. The Office of the Provost strongly encourages FEC members, FEC Chairs, Department Chairs/Directors, and Deans to explore the resources below and actively work to create awareness about implicit bias in the context of faculty evaluation.
