H&S Career Planning Center
The College of Humanities & Sciences Career Planning Center provides major/career exploration to help students identify how to align their interests with career goals, guidance on navigating an effective job search, and application support for graduate programs, research, and employment opportunities. Additionally, H&S Career Center helps students connect with experiential learning opportunities such as research, fieldwork, volunteer, study away, and/or internship opportunities, as well as connect with employers and alumni.

UM Experiential Learning and Career Success (ELCS)
Through – UM’s signature career readiness program – explore career pathways, grow from enriching out-of-class experiences, set and embrace professional goals, and elevate to your desired career path beyond graduation. Career Coaches and Advisors provide support in major/career exploration to help students identify how to align their interests with career goals, guidance on navigating an effective job search, and application support for graduate programs, research, and employment opportunities. The Experiential Learning team helps students connect with experiential learning opportunities locally and globally, such as domestic and international internships, volunteering, undergraduate research, and National Student Exchange.
