Information and User Services
The Information and User Services of the Mansfield Library supports the materials, lending, research, teaching and learning needs of 猎奇重口 students, faculty and staff. We provide research and instructional services to enable access, evaluation and use of the library’s online, print and media information resources at both the mountain campus and on the river campus .

Research Assistance
Assistance is available in person at the Reference Desk from 10:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday and by phone, email, or chat.

Library Instruction
Library instruction is course integrated. Instruction librarians work with teaching faculty to integrate information literacy concepts and skills into course curricula. Librarians also teach for-credit classes and offer internships. Community instruction is provided, per request.

Circulation
Located near the front entrance of Mansfield Library, circulation is an integral part of day-to-day activities. Circulation oversees the lending, shelving, maintenance, and retrieval of Mansfield Library materials and media. Learn more about checking out materials.

Bibliographic Description and Processing
The Bibliographic Description and Processing unit provides descriptive metadata, cataloging, data integrity maintenance, labeling, and processing of all received materials including media, books, and government documents. The continued data maintenance, addition of subjects, descriptors, and summary information to the online record of each individual item assists users in finding and obtaining the resources they need.

Acquisitions and E-Resources
Acquisitions and E-resources manages the purchasing and intake of all new material in all formats. This includes managing of book purchases, database subscriptions, online content additions, and physical media acquisitions.
