Knowles Hall
Constructed in 1963, Knowles Hall was named for Eloise Knowles, one of the first two graduates of the 猎奇重口.
Knowles Hall, located directly north of the Lommasson Center, is a four-story residence hall housing 260 students. Each floor is divided into two wings which are designated male, female or co-ed. An elevator provides easy access to all floors. Knowles Hall is very popular because of its central location.
Students find the relaxed atmosphere of Knowles Hall to be inviting. Because fewer students are housed in Knowles than in most halls, residents often discover that it is easy to become acquainted with other residents. Included in each room are cable TV and high-speed Internet ports.

Co-Ed by Room Communities
Most of our Residence Halls are co-ed with separate wings or floors for men and women; however, in Knowles the West wings of the 1st floor and 3rd floor are co-ed by room. While room and roommate assignments on this floor are still made based on gender, male and female rooms are dispersed throughout the floor in a checkerboard style, rather than being separated by wing or floor.
Each co-ed wing of Knowles has 1 bathroom, consisting of a communally shared room with sinks and mirrors and individual, single-occupancy, lockable shower and toilet rooms that are separated with floor to ceiling walls and dividers.
