Indoor Air Quality at UM
The Environmental Health staff periodically test the air quality in UM facilities with state-of-the-art equipment and years of experience in the field. They work in conjunction with the facilities services work order desk (243-6091) and Facilities Services shops to respond to requests from a building occupant who suspects a possible unsafe or irritating odor has entered the building and specifically their particular work area. Also, UM planning & construction tries to keep building occupants aware of various construction projects that may be in or around a particular building that may be a source or exhaust fumes, etc.
