DESCRIPTION
This report provides a trial balance presentation, of all data entry balance sheet accounts for all data entry funds within the applicable parameters specified. Page break are provided at each fund break.
Columns
Presented by Beginning Balance, YTD Activity, Ending Balance, for the Accounts, by Fund, for the Fiscal Year, as-of the period specified.
Rows
Are related Accounts, sub-totals by level 2 account types, and totals by level 1 account types, for all accounts within the fund.
Summary Totals
Are provided for each fund by Assets, Liabilities, Control Accounts and Fund Balance. Totals by fund provide computation of Fund Balance, Liabilities+ Fund Balance, and Net Assets for reporting and reconciliation purposes.
