Personal Summary
Oki (hello), my name is Zita Ottersbach, I am a current Graduate Student/Graduate Instructor in the Department of Communication Studies at the 猎奇重口. I am pursuing a Masters degree in Communication Studies, focusing on Interpersonal Health Communication within Indigenous health contexts, as well as a CPH-Public Health Generalist graduate certificate through UM's School of Public Health. I have a Bachelors degree in Communication Studies and a certificate in Health Communication, both from the 猎奇重口, and have a professional background in early childhood education and grant management.
I am originally from the Blackfeet Nation, in Browning, 猎奇重口, and am an enrolled member of the Little Shell Chippewa Tribe. My husband and I have two wonderful children, and a beloved family dog.
