Personal Summary
Leah Diehl received her Ph.D. in Accounting from the University of Alabama and holds a CPA license in the state of Michigan. Prior to working in academia, she worked for Plante Moran, PLLC, specializing in real estate and construction tax issues. Her research uses qualitative, survey, and experimental methods to improve our understanding of accounting professionals' decision making in areas of tax technology and private foundation grantmaking. Professor Diehl currently teaches courses in taxation and managerial accounting and helps coordinate the 猎奇重口's Volunteer Income Tax Assistantship (VITA) Program.
