Personal Summary
Christina Robichaud is an Assistant Professor of Management at 猎奇重口, teaching Strategic Management to undergraduate and MBA students. She earned her Ph.D. from University of Kansas and a law degree from South Texas College of Law, Houston. Her undergraduate studies were in business administration at California State Polytechnic University, Humboldt. Christina’s research focuses on the impact of leader cognition on strategic decision making, adaptation, and firm performance. Prior to her doctoral studies, Christina worked as an attorney and legal administrator for firms specializing in land use, construction law, contracts, and probate. When not teaching or doing research, Christina is floating the river, hiking with the family dog, or traveling with her husband and daughter.

- General: Examining the decisions managers make and how the decisions can impact firm performance.
- Focus: Examining how leader cognitive biases and values act as reference points in strategic decision-making.
