Area Desk:
The Area Desk for Aber Hall is located in the first floor lobby of Aber Hall. You can access the following from this desk:
- Temp Keys
- Vacuums
- Cleaning Supplies
- Package Pickup
- Games
- Sporting Equipment
- Kitchen Card
- Cookware
Equipment checkouts are free of charge if returned within 24 hours of checkout

LAUNDRY:
The laundry room is located in the basement of Aber Hall. There is no additional charge to use the washers and dryers. You will need to provide your own laundry detergent. Only Aber Hall residents may use the washers and dryers. You will need your Griz Card to access the laundry room. -
LOCKED OUT?
The Aber Area Desk has temporary room cards and building access cards available if you misplaced your room card or Griz Card. Temporary room card check out's are $10.00 and must be returned within 7 days -
LOUNGES & STUDY AREAS:
• 11th floor has a large TV lounge and an awesome view of Missoula.
• 7th-10th floors have study rooms. -
Work Orders
You can submit a work order once you have been checked in!
- Log into your
- Select "Work Orders" in the gray menu bar
- Submit your work order!

KITCHEN:
Located on the 11th floor, the community kitchen is available for light baking and heating food items. Cooking full meals or meat is not allowed. The kitchen access card and cooking equipment are available for checkout at the Area Desk.
