Navigating your career journey can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone! Whether you're polishing up your resume, crafting the perfect cover letter, or exploring career options, our Career Peers are here to help.
These trained student advisors offer peer-to-peer guidance and can provide tips, feedback, and helpful resources to support you. Best of all? No appointment is needed during their weekly walk-in hours!
Drop-In Career Peer Hours
📍 Tuesdays | 9 AM – 12 PM | Mansfield Library (Ground Floor, Enter stairwell then through doors on the right)
📍 Wednesdays | 1 – 2 PM | Payne Center (AISS Office)
Need a different time? You can also book an appointment through Navigate and meet a Career Peer at the ELCS office (Aber Hall, 2nd floor).

Allison Marr
📚 Major: Communicative Sciences and Disorders, Minor: Human and Family Development
Allison loves being a Career Peer because she enjoys interacting with fellow students and spreading the word about the many helpful services on campus. When she's not helping students, you’ll find her fly fishing, cooking, baking, crafting, or spending time with her family and friends.
Hannah Bloomgren
📚 Major: Business
Hannah is passionate about helping students with career-related services and enjoys the outreach side of ELCS—meeting new faces and spreading career knowledge around campus! Outside of work, she loves baking, skiing, and hiking.
Cheyenne Walksnice
📚 Major: Psychology (Final Semester!)
Cheyenne enjoys being a Career Peer because it allows her to apply everything she has learned at ELCS in meaningful ways across campus. She’s passionate about career support and helping students navigate their professional journeys!
