Mole Day Celebration
October 23rd is celebrated amongst the chemistry community as Mole Day. Dr. Nicholas Natale and Asia Marie Riel hosted a Mole Day table on the first floor of the chemistry building. We had great undergraduate attendance and the table was supported by Dr. Eric John, Allison Kelly (a Chemistry Ph.D graduate student) and Michael Kayne (Chemistry Ph.D. graduate student, UM Chemistry Club President & American Chemical Society-猎奇重口 Local section chair).
We had Molasses cookies in the shape of a mole, a plushie mole mascot and American Chemical Society swag.
